How and why do I do it?

I get asked these questions a lot. I do it for the love of it, for the art of it, for the challenge of it. How I do it means having to use unconventional materials and always think outside the box.  I make my own knitting needles with surgical stainless steel--the same stuff used for medical wires. I use extremely fine silk thread and high powered magnifiers which I have rigged to give me more magnification than what is commercially available. I remember the first thing I ever made in miniature, back in 2001 and I knew I had found my artistic medium.

Where can I buy your work?

I have been getting a lot of requests about how to buy my work.  Much of what you see on my website is alredy in private collections or museums however I do have some items available for sale. All of my work is one of a kind and because some pieces can take up to a year to make, I never have a large quantity. I will be adding more to my shop in the near future.
