Exciting Insights from Sabot's Roundtable   

Did you hear? Our very own co-founder, Darren Chiappinelli, along with Sue Hall, one of Sabot’s Directors, recently kicked off an interesting roundtable discussion series, engaging business and tech thought-leaders from across Montana!

This insightful gathering delved deep into a pressing question: "How can we embed a strong business value focus within both business and tech ecosystems?" Not just in broad strategies, but down to individual projects and programs.

One key insight from Darren was the common challenge many leaders face: getting too wrapped up in tools and technologies, rather than their real-world implications and benefits. Darren and Sue shared transformative approaches, drawing from their rich experiences. They emphasized the significance of embedding business value at the heart of governance structures, project guidelines, communication blueprints, and criteria for measuring success.

New Contracts

The California State Controller's Office (SC) awarded Sabot a 2 year contract to perform Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) on SCO's Unclaimed Property Management System Replacement (UPMSR) Project.

Sabot was awarded a multiyear contract by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to provide Health Information Standards and Practices Subject Matter Expertise.

Open Positions

Sabot’s Non-Employee Recruitment Program (NERP) was developed to reward the recruitment efforts of all non-employees. Any non-employees who successfully refer an applicant for a vacant professional position (i.e., Consultant, Manager, etc.) including subcontractors will receive $3,000 over 6 months.  Please contact careers@sabotconsulting.com to be added to the notifications of open positions.
