Getting in the swing again...

We're feeling the momentum as we add some extra classes! Here's our latest class schedule for those of you who are ready to be back in the studio space & some virtual recommendations if not.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Let's do our part to make sure we all feel safe.

One of the biggest reasons we feel ready to re-open is we have invested in a Molekule Air Purifier for our studio space. Molekule’s proprietary technology, Photo Electrochemical Oxidation (PECO), works at the molecular level to destroy pollutants & disease in the air. We're confident this new feature will allow us all to breathe happy & worry-free.

We've eliminated the need for a front desk interaction by setting up shop online! Going forward you must reserve your spot in class minimum 30 minutes prior to the class's start time. You can do this Online at Wellnessliving.com or by using the "Achieve" Wellnessliving App. In the app your also able to pay for your class & check in. Please email us at thekayaremedy@gmail.com for any questions or support.

We understand not everyone is ready to come back into the studio yet & we are honoring those preferences by continuing to upload classes to our virtual class library & by keeping park classes intact even after we open!
 
Check the schedule every week to see which classes will be studio classes & which classes will still be held at Schroeder Park in Huntington Beach: 6222 Cornell Dr.

Every week we'll be featuring a virtual class we love & THIS WEEK we are recommending Restorative + Meditation with Ashley. This Open Level Class that runs about 64 min will center you for the day or prepare you for a deep rest. 2 blocks & a bolster OR 3 thick blankets may enhance this practice.
