A new Dengue Fever vaccine is in development! US-based company Codagenix announced an US $4.4m award from Department of Defense to progress their dengue vaccine candidate through clinical trials. The vaccine is multivalent in that it targets all 4 strains of dengue virus - thought to be the first of it's kind.

The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) announced that federally-funded / taxpayer supported research will be now be open access, meaning the information will be free to the public.
Have your at-home COVID-19 test kits expired? Don't throw them out just yet! The FDA has been working with manufacturers to continue testing the kits for 12 and even 18 months. Extended shelf-life dates are published on the FDA's website where you can search and see if your brand of test is good to keep using.
