We are just around the corner from Canada's first ever speakers' corner for women, by women! Please keep scrolling for some important information.
The event is taking place at Ken Ross Park,600 Longfields Drive in Barrhaven, a suburb of Ottawa. There is free parking in a parking lot and plenty of on-street parking. If you are driving you need to be aware that there is a municipal speed camera on Longfields, by the parking lot, and on Berrigan Drive (unless you want a $300+ speeding ticket, please make sure you are doing 40km/h).
The event is taking place between 2 and 3pm local time on Saturday, September 9, 2023. The exact location in the park is to the left of the parking lot (refer to the map below that has an x in a highlighted portion of the map). Don't worry if you are not sure where you are going, just look for one of our marshalls in the bright pink high-visibility vests who will be happy to help you out.
