Can you believe we're nearly halfway through 2020 already? In some ways, the time has gone by in a flash and in others, it feels a day really is like a thousand years. Here in South Africa, we've spent the last 65 days at home, learning to work, play and rest together as a family in this one space. I am so grateful to be able to live in a home overlooking the Indian Ocean, with a far distant horizon that beckons. We've had cruise ships, empty of all but their crews, docked just off the nearby beach, dolphins have frolicked past and super moons have lit up the night sky with their ethereal glow.
No, staying at home all the time isn't ordinary but God's kindness is, as always, ever present.
