Courage Club Corner Members of our Courage Club, together with their families, attended a Stingrays Hockey game together in November, courtesy of The Boon Project. It was a fun evening of memory-making. We were glad to be there to cheer on Courage Club member, Tommy Henry, as he was honored before the game and was the honorary puck dropper for their "Hockey Kicks Cancer" night. |

Remembering Stephanie Our dear friend, Stephanie Strock, passed away on Thanksgiving Day. Stephanie was very active in Courage Club, Metathriver Group, and on our Cancer to 5K team. In her honor, we gathered after 5k practice last weekend to perform an Act of Service. We were joined by members of Stephanie's family and shared memories, laughter, and tears. Stephanie loved her "Boonies" and said of being part of Courage Club, "I am home." |

Fitness Force! For the next few months, our Fitness Force volunteers and coaches will be focused on our 5k training through Ulman Foundation's Cancer to 5K program. We have a huge team this year and even added another weekday practice option to better meet the needs of our survivors! 8 weeks to go... |
