During this quinquennium, the Administration aims to prioritize discipleship within our churches. It is not uncommon for individuals to initially join our churches, only to later leave not because they doubt the Adventist message, but because they feel disconnected. While we often hear claims that "our church is the friendliest church," it is crucial to evaluate the effectiveness of our efforts by considering retention rates and congregation size.
