Schedule SPIRIT BALANCE

Spirit Bath for Sweetness
 
Descend into great respect for your temple body with this bath. 
 
The absolute dream: Magnolia flower and any sweet white flower you have like jasmine, freesia, honeysuckle, gardenia, or peonies. 
 
2 tablespoons organic sugar
2 tablespoons sea salt 
3 drops Clary Sage essential oil
3 drops Lavender essential oil
1 tablespoon organic sunflower oil
Polished Celestine Stone
Wild honey spoon (for eating!)
Cinnamon smudge 
 
Combine sugar, salt, essential oils and sunflower oil in a stone bowl and mix. Allow to marinate with stone and flowers near an East facing window. 
 
For the bath, draw the water to the temperature of your own choosing. Smudge the bathroom with the smoke of cinnamon. Place ingredients into the bath. Eat your wild honey on a spoon while you soak. Hold the Celestine to connect with your angels. Remember your sweetness and the sweetness of those around you. Reflect magic.
