BOOK REVIEW OF THE MONTH:

Recently, I picked up 'Plague Land,' by Alex Scarrow. This oftentimes shocking rendition of a world gripped by a relentless plague completely captured my attention and awe.

Two young protagonists embark on a journey to find refuge in a society that's collapsed in the wake of a deadly, body-liquefying airborne virus. They must fight to survive and race against the branching plague, which...without a species barrier and possessing an incredible fatality rate...seems like an impossible task. When people begin to ward themselves against this alien element, Plague Land reveals just how far humanity is willing to go to survive, and in a post apocalyptic, no-holds-barred wasteland; who the real monster turns out to be.

This fast paced, exciting book (that I devoured in one sitting) is a must-read for fans of science fiction and thrillers.
