Broken Clay Ministries is a 501c3 non-profit, missionary-evangelism ministry, established in 2013 with a passion to reach the lost with the gospel. Together with our donors, BCM is providing practical ways to solve the problem of poverty by giving a hand-up and the gift of hope to children, families, and communities through our humanitarian efforts. In 2024 as we begin our twelfth year of ministry in Africa, we will be expanding our crusade and conference schedule. Prayerfully consider partnering with us in the vision God has set before us to evangelize and provide discipleship training. We appreciate your consideration as you plan for end-of-the-year tax-deductible donations. |

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude to the Lord for sustaining BCM since our inception in 2013. We count it a joy to serve Him in Africa and wherever He may lead. Often, we wish we could transport each of you to walk with us through the Namuwongo slum of Kampala see raw humanity and the conditions thousands of precious people find themselves in. We'd like to take you to Kyangwali Refugee Settlement where you'd meet those displaced by war, famine, and hardships beyond their control. Pastor David of Set Free Ministries, our partner in Uganda, has established two church branches in the camp that are meeting the spiritual needs of many. It is there, amid up-turned lives, that refugees are being set free, transformed, saved, and filled with the Holy Spirit. Join us today as a prayer partner and come with us to Uganda, The is no distance in prayer! |

NEW PLANET PRIMARY SCHOOL Three 2023 graduating primary students will continue their education because someone choose to invest in their lives. Here in the US, we don't give much thought to our children going to high school yet in poverty-stricken Uganda many families cannot afford school fees. Consequently, young teens become vulnerable. By the grace of God, BCM was able to connect these three students to generous sponsors and an amazing Christian school. |

Peace Nabumati is a fourteen-year-old student at New Planet Primary School. "I live with my mother she is a single mother; we are five children. My Mother sells food along the streets of Kampala as a source of livelihood and her income can’t sustain us. At home we have one meal a day as she has no capacity to feed us to meet our basic needs. I have hope for a better future and pray that God will help me find a sponsor." Peace is committed to finishing her education, she wants to be a doctor, she has heard how women in labor are mistreated, she wants to advocate for pregnant mothers making sure that they give birth safely. Praise the Lord! Those prayers have been answered! Someone heard and a sponsor has been found for this precious child. |

Patrick Ochwo is fourteen-year-old boy attending New Planet Primary School, he is the first born of four siblings, he lives with his father in a one room house with four siblings in a slum dwelling. His father sells old electric appliances in the Wabigalo Slum located in Kampala, Uganda, as a source of income. He works hard to provide basic needs for his family rendering it impossible to pay school fees for these children. Patrick says, " I am committed to completing my education, I can't afford to misuse this great opportunity God has given me. I would like to be an engineer by profession to make sure schools get adequate modern buildings providing a good learning environment. I will help other children have the same opportunity when I finish my university education. We believe Patrick's vision will be a reality! |

As a fourteen-year-old girl, Gift Akello has dreams of a better future. She is full of joy and full of potential. The administrators and teachers of New Planet Primary School encouraged her dreams. Her mother is a single parent who vends food along the roadside in the slums of Kampala as a source of income, always falling short of the needful support of her children. With this opportunity Gift said, "I vow never to shame my mother, I am committed to finish my studies. I want to be a teacher to help educate Uganda's children and also help by being a role model encouraging pupils to accomplish their full potential." Thank you to Gift's sponsor! |

Broken Clay Ministries expanded its humanitarian outreach in June 2022 by opening the Born to Win Skilling Center and Broken Clay Church Makindye Saving and Credit Cooperative (SACCO). We believe that by giving a hand-up to those living in gross poverty we are providing hope and a future for children, families, and communities while ensuring the dignity of individuals who train to use their God-given talents to support themselves and their families. We at Broken Clay Ministries are grateful to each of our faithful donors who have joined us in making a difference in the lives of those living in poverty-stricken Uganda. Through our humanitarian outreaches, we are having a significant impact. Perhaps you've recently discovered BCM. We know that there are many opportunities to give, and we appreciate your consideration of joining us to be part of a team that is truly making a difference. Matthew 25:44-46 44 “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ 45 Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ 46 And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” |
