Workflows can get quite busy and seem to overwhelm in ways that feel challenging to contain sometimes. Functioning within "do more with less" spaces, demands that we stretch further and further, often wearing many hats and taking on significant responsibility. While external forces can come on strong, having an organized plan for times of stress may prove useful for re-prioritizing, focusing, and making decisions that move us closer to balance. One skill we find invaluable for maintaining effective teaching-learning relationships involves tuning into the heart of learning and looking to connect with the inner spark of each learner–their strength, courage, and compassion–to truly see that spark being drawn into fuller expression. |

With this issue of The Ignite Letter, we would like to take a moment to celebrate another incredible year with you all. Wow! Four years in and we are so grateful to have this space to come together and support the continuum of nursing development. Thank you for continuing to read, share, and engage. We would also like to say thank you to Ayinla Daniel, RN of CareCity for his kind words of support. As The Ignite Community continues to grow around the world, we are excited to build upon our resources. FistBump at Ignite is currently undergoing development, so if you have any feedback or would like to see a particular resource added, please let us know. The more we share, the more we flourish and grow together. |
