Participants can play on VR, engage in fun experiments, and practice new scientific skills in our VR Lounge, Tinkerspace, and Outdoor Learning Center!

Science Café Sees Huge Success!

Our first Science Café in over a year saw 56 participants, who came to learn about ecological restoration from Borderlands Restoration Network.

Special thanks to Francesca and Perin for speaking with us, Jane and Peter Gaffer for hosting our speaker's luncheon, Puspa and The Courtyard for hosting the event, and all of our generous donors who support us.

Bisbee Science Lab Hosts Boys and Girls Club Every Thursday!

The Bisbee Science Lab has been so excited to host the Boys and Girls Club for extended hours during their summer programming! 

Boys and Girls Club participants learn about a variety of scientific topics as they rotate between different engaging stations, competing in challenges, winning prizes, and having fun!

This summer participants will explore the worlds of ornithology, astronomy, ecology, sustainable engineering, and bubbles.

Take a tour of our facilities, learn about the different projects we're working on, and sign up to help out! 

Volunteers may help with exhibit design and development, mobile lab developement, high school internship program, 3-D modeling, outreach, and more!

Summer Interns Have a Blast!

The Bisbee Science Lab's highschool interns help plan programming, facilitate activities, and develop exhibits!

Yasmin Morales, recent Bisbee High School graduate and future UA student, has joined us as lead intern. Having joined our team last summer, she was instrumental in the redesign of our Virtual Reality Lounge, and now helps lead summer programming. We are so grateful for all of her amazing contributions!

We're so excited about our amazing interns and thank them for their hard work this summer!
