Monroe will hold its 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony at 10AM on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. The ceremony will be held in the auditorium during school, and families are welcome to attend and celebrate your scholar’s promotion to high school! RSVP to secure a seat.
Tables will be set up in the breezeway after the ceremony for parents who want to check their students out for the day after the ceremony.
The 2023-2024 school calendar is available here. The 2023-2024 school year starts on Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023 and ends on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Bell-times will remain the same.

In June and August, community partners like Tulsa Dream Center, YMCA of Greater Tulsa, Tulsa Parks, Boys and Girls Club, Common Good, Spot 31, and more will offer enrichment activities for students in all grades. Visit Tulsa City of Learning to register for programs with our partners.
Monroe Demonstration Academy has partnered with the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma to bring an on-site School Pantry Program to our school! All Monroe students and families are eligible to access our food pantry - no questions asked.
