Happy New Year! We're in a rough time of the year, it can really play on our emotions. The holidays are over and many of us due to the weather go into a sort of hibernation. I can say I envy those who can walk outside and feel the warmth of the sun versus the bite of the cold. It's not only a challenging time of year, but the Universe is quite challenging as well at this time. It's tough out there. We can either give into it or remain as positive as possible. Be grateful for what and who we have and put intentions and work into what we want. I may not like the cold or the snow anymore as I get older, but I'm grateful I can still experience it, so many others probably wish they had one more day too. Doesn't mean I don't want to move to a warmer climate. We forget when we're overwhelmed to sometimes put our situations and challenges into perspective. We are all faced with challenges and strife, some are worse than others, but struggles are struggles just different for everyone and everyone has a different capacity on how they deal with them. It's easy to let struggles take a toll on us and even harder to fight back but I would rather use my energy fighting back than giving in. The energy of winter is that of going within, but new inspirations will emerge once again...like in spring when things start blooming once again. Yes, our lives mimic the cycles of the seasons. By allowing ourselves to feel our emotions and experience them, perhaps not pleasant, but it's the best way to find the light once again. Sometimes we just need the rest and balance too. |

I love how things work out and validate what I'm feeling or trying to express. I have an assortment of oracle decks that I've picked up through the years, or more so they pick me. I did the same when wanting to choose a deck that would give some inspiration for this newsletter. Upon asking what we needed to concentrate on and shuffling the deck, this card was pulled. The card was drawn at 4:44. 444 is all about positive change. |

Revealing Radiance There is light within all of us. Sometimes it's blanketed by situations, struggles, or darkness were experiencing. When we feel the struggles or darkness of life our minds usually go to worry, which compiles any negativity that the situation is already creating. Worry is just prayers we don't want answered. We have to remember to redirect our thoughts and actions the moment we see them going in a less than positive direction. This card is reminding you that even if you have been feeling less than positive, in limbo, or stuck to take the time to be still. Don't push yourself to figure out the answer or solution if it's not coming but keep working towards it. Sometimes what we're pushing at isn't ready to be pushed. Let the answers or situations come to you when it's time, trust the process. Sometimes it's not now or it's not meant to be, but we will be provided with what is. One thing that will never be trapped in limbo or stuck is using your intentions or prayer, continue to utilize both of those tools we all have within us. Guess what, intentions and prayer are positive, they come from light. Remember if you can put an intention or prayer out, you still have light from within even if it is hard to see at times. You are the light on your path that helps illuminate. The Universe can see light and dark and will respond to what you're putting out with your thoughts and actions, make sure those thoughts and actions correspond with what you want. |

Get Your Juju Back With Salt |

Salt can help cleanse, heal, and protect. While salt may repel negative energy it will also help attract positive. It can cleanse us physically and energetically. It's a powerful tool when manifesting, connecting to the spirit world, and restoring balance. |

Ways to Use Salt -Dunk yourself into a salt bath or bring your favorite salt scrub or bodywash with salt in the shower, get used to using it every time you bathe. It will help clear the negativity that maybe surrounding you, clear the clutter from your thoughts, and clear blockages. You can even add crystals, essential oils, or herb and flower essences to your bath to enhance the healing. While in the bath or the shower why don't you utilize the benefits of manifesting that salt has and put out those intentions. -Put salt in small cups or bowls in the corners of rooms in your home to absorb any negativity. -Sprinkle around the border to your home after a cleansing to negative energy & spirits outside. -Make a mist with salt and water and spray in rooms that need cleansing. These are just a few things that salt can be utilized for, remember to set intentions however you're choosing to use salt to amplify its spiritual properties. |

I experienced this Sun Halo one day when I looked up in the sky, it's my first but have to say I was in awe. I know there are scientific explanations for why these occur, but I want to share the spiritual ones of course. Sun Halos represent positive change and transformation; the Universe needs that for sure. It's about taking action and feeling empowered doing so. It's a sign of balance, harmony, stability, abundance, and prosperity. A sign of Divine intervention and protection, and that everything will be ok. A reminder about unity and togetherness. Also, spiritual awakening or ascension. Just one big positive sign from the Universe! |
