Happy New Year 2020!

Resolutions, did you ask?

 

My resolution this New Year includes taking care of my health, not just with yoga, but also by watching my diet.  Just so that I will have more energy and so that I can spend quality time with my 5 yr old daughter.

Being a big foodie with sweet teeth (yep!), I tend to be impulsive with my food choices. But, this New Year I have decided to make healthier choices by including more raw foods and quality grains.

I recently tried a salad recipe with raw beets. The flavor of the cumin and coriander is so inviting.
