Celebration of Success
The month started so well when we welcomed students and their families for the 2023 Celebration of Success on 1st November. We celebrated our current Year 10 and Year 12 students and their achievements of the previous academic year. An amazing 87 certificates and gift card prizes were received by a wide selection of students.
Prizes were given for each subject, alongside Ethos and GRiT (Girls Resilience in Thinking) awards, all nominated by class teachers. There were also awards from our Head of Lower School and Head of Upper School and my own award for ‘Courage and Confidence’. It was a wonderful evening!
The Wellbeing Hub
We are proud to offer 'The Wellbeing Hub' at SHHS, an online platform supporting the wellbeing of students, staff and parents. The Wellbeing Hub resources are of excellent quality and use the most up to date research on all current topics and issues faced by young people. If you haven’t already, please register for your parent account via the link below and have a look around their website, it is a fantastic resource on so many levels and can be used in a variety of ways to support your family. Please also encourage your daughter to log in regularly.
