MPA Office Update: Governor Walz has directed all individuals within the State of Minnesota to stay at home as a result of the COVID-19 peacetime emergency. The stay at home order is effective at 11:59 pm Friday, March 27, 2020 and will last until Friday, April 10, 2020 at 5:00 pm. Since the Minnesota Psychological Association and its management company (The Harrington Company) are not considered "Critical Sectors," our office will be closed during this stay at home order. MPA staff will still be working remotely and the best way to reach them is via email at info@mnpsych.org. Phone calls will not be answered by a live person during this time. Please leave a voicemail when you call our office phone and a staff member will return your call, or request a callback by emailing staff. Thank you for your patience during this time. |

This Togetherness Is TemporaryJust as I was getting a little wistful about my teens leaving the nest, we find ourselves confined in the nest together. Get this: A couple of months ago, I quit my job in order to be home more. Go ahead and laugh at the timing. I know. |
