Good tidings to you. I’m sure, like me, the bitter cold has you dreaming about warmer times to look forward to. I just may be able to help...
After a year that seems to have gone by in a flash, I begin my last newsletter of the year with an introduction to a new member to the team - our recently arrived puppy, Dobbie.
I am delighted to say that the last 12 months has seen a steady return of confidence to travel. As well as many of my lovely clients being able to enjoy long awaited holidays, I too managed to resume overseas adventures with a celebratory family break and most recently a fantastic Caribbean adventure.
One of my recommendations for winter sun is influenced by that trip and features in a closer look at the Caribbean’s best boutique hotels, which I hope you enjoy reading.
Keep your eyes on my social media for further tips about what destinations I am recommending and booking for the year ahead. Like many families, a multi-generation trip is a must for us and we are super excited about returning to Florida next year.
Demand for Easter and summer is already high, and with prices inevitably on the rise, I do recommend getting booked as soon as you can to lock in the best value available.
Two recent get-togethers were highlights of my working year. It was great to meet up with trade associates and colleagues at our first Holidaysplease conference since 2019, where I was thrilled to be recognised with two awards. I also got to spend a few days training with some of my peers at an amazing Harry Potter inspired house in Essex, which was delightful.
Your amazing support plays a big part in winning awards and thank you for continuing to share my details with your families, friends and associates who may be needing an experienced personal travel agent as holiday plans are discussed over the festive period.
Wishing you and your loved ones a very merry Christmas and warm wishes for 2023.
