LOVE ON HAMILTON

We had another very busy month for Love on Hamilton! Our group continues to reach 30+ people almost every week, even with the cold rainy weather!

One testimony that stood out for us this month:

Around 40 warriors hit the streets to love on people and share the gospel

One group came back with a testimony of healing (a man’s leg grew out — it was shorter than the other one and he was having back pain) and a salvation, one young guy heard the gospel and committed his life to Jesus!

Our group also had sooo many good conversations. We ran into a guy named Darren that we hadn’t seen in a WHILE! Two years ago he got shot in the chest and the bullet just missed his heart! Before that experience, he wasn’t seeking God at all and never let us pray with him. But since then, he’s been going to church and he’s given his life to Jesus!!! so beautiful seeing lives changed.

We talked with another guy too and after we prayed, his back pain and his hand felt better! When we shared the gospel with him, he said “I definitely need to get right with God.” And asked how he could. We told him to cry out to God and to ask God to help him! He also received a bible and said he was going to start reading!

Praise God for all the seeds sewn and watered last night!!

-- Quick testimony --

What a night!

We got to pray for lots of people, gave away tons of food, coats, gloves, etc. Some prayed for a man who received the message of the gospel and others reconnected with a woman who has been going through scripture and wants to get baptized.

HEALING AT BURGER FACTORY

While we were out for lunch today, we asked the owner if he had any pain in his back… he looked confused but said, yes! He does!

After laying hands on his back and commanding the pain to go, we asked him to test it out and explained that we see God do miracles all the time! And Jesus said, that as believers, we can heal the sick!

He tested it out and looked surprised he said he couldn’t find the pain anymore and it felt good! He thanked us and was surprised at how much we cared… and how unusual that is nowadays…

We got to then share the whole gospel with him (he was Hindu) and he was VERY interested, listening the whole time. I got to share my testimony with him too and how God spoke to me when I was 18!

We left off with telling him to ask Jesus himself, to reveal himself…. And he was very interested and surprised by everything we said. Like it was his first time ever hearing the GOOD NEWS about Jesus….

Please pray for Deep and that he would have more divine encounters with the one true living God!! and that he would open his heart fully to Jesus!!

Hospital Outreach

We received a call asking if we could go to the General hospital to pray for a lady who's recovering from a spinal injury.

As we laid hands and began praying over her, and worshipping, her legs began to shake! The pain completely left her legs and she felt a warmth & tingling come over them. She was crying as God was touching her! We've since gone back again to pray for her and believe God is working in her life for total healing & restoration!

Barton Jail Prayer

A team meets every 3rd Monday of the month to go outside the Barton Jail to worship & pray (And we hold signs!). In the second image below, you can see some of the inmates standing at the window.

The inmates wave at us and bang on the windows, to let us know they can see us! We have word from the inside of the jail too, that the prayers are working and peoples hearts are softening towards Jesus!! Thank you Lord.

Home Discipleship Group

Daniel and I have been leading a bible study in our home for the last 4 weeks on what it means to TRULY be a disciple of Christ. We've had so many people join our house group and it's been awesome to see the growth already!!

We are no longer accepting clothing items (pants/sweaters), only the bigger items that are needed immediately. Thank you!!

LOVE ON HAMILTON TRAINING

We had our second in-person training for Love on Hamilton, which happened in Grimsby on November 18th. We had between 30-40 people come out to learn gospel-sharing tools and deliverance/healing as well.

We plan on doing our next training in the New Year (Hopefully February) so stay tuned!! It will include actually GOING OUT to the streets (or the malls) and practicing the tools we just learned :)
