Hockey NT have had some major changes this season with a new Executive Officer, new draw structure, 1/2 field 7 aside for U17's, Finals for U11's, games earlier in the day, Senior games Friday nights, 17's playing Sundays etc.
Some changes were good and others not so good, Tigers would like to hear your feedback! Please see the proposed 2020 draw below and provide constructive criticism. The draw is only dates at this stage but Tigers want to present feedback at the next DHL meeting 23.9.19.
When thinking of the season please concentrate on the team and club effects posatitive or negatitive. If you can, please suggest solutions to any problems.

Playing earlier games meant quite often senior teams would play on dry turf, this was due to the wind affecting the spray of water and the overall dryness of our dry season.
For example:
U17 players often worked Sundays to benefit from Sunday penalties, having the 2019 season games played on a Sunday disadvantaged this already disengaged group.
