What a wonderful year we’ve had, neighbors! As 2023 draws to a close, I want to thank the volunteers from the neighborhood who have dedicated so much time and energy to making this past year such a success. National Night Out Was a Roaring Success! |

Thanks to Larry Margasak for organizing and Whiskey, the Park Police patrol horse for patiently accepting all the pets, all those who attended had a great time. Also, thank you to the representatives from the various fire and police districts as well as to the government representatives who came out to speak to our neighbors. | | |

Treasurer's Report I am very pleased to report that the financial position of the association is strong. We currently have $5,163.45 in our checking account, with another $1,279.35 in our PayPal account and $200 in cash. Our 2023 budget is on track.
