Southlake property were discussed in detail, and numerous questions were asked. By now, you should have received a letter from your Board containing a ballot and envelope, providing further clarification and explanation of the background and reasons for the proposed amendments. Your fellow neighbors who were elected to the Board have spent a great deal of time and money on attorney fees to provide you with changes to the Declarations that will significantly improve the association’s ability to manage Southlake for everyone’s benefit. Each board member strongly believes that the passage of these amendments will greatly assist us in fulfilling our responsibilities to manage our community for the greater good. For the amendments to pass, 55% of all homeowners (not 55% of those voting) must vote for their approval, making every vote crucial. Please thoroughly examine this document, and do not hesitate to contact any member of the board if you have any further questions. |

We ask that you give us the added tools the Amendments will provide, and tell us what you want and what you think about neighborhood issues. We promise to listen to your concerns and work to provide workable solutions to issues that arise. |
