You may have noticed the website is being updated to reflect my new vision and direction of work. I have always been passionate about sleep and its importance to health and wellbeing. After suffering with severe insomnia in my twenties triggered by a long course of antibiotics, it took me two years to recover and heal. Focusing on my whole self and tackling all different angles is what led me to feel me again: Food, Lifestyle and Mindset. These will be three pillars of focus in approach to individual care, as I truly believe everyone can feel better.
All my programmes continue to be available as well as introductory offer on the POWER HOUR. If you really aren't sure of what kind of support you may need or perhaps you know someone who would benefit, it's a great way to get that ONE thing that's bothering you tackled.
I am not a vegetarian myself but I love veggies, I bake them, roast them, steam them, eat them raw. We always try and add as much colour as possible in our daily meals as a family.
Eating a rainbow of colours can be challenging but research has found forget your 5 a day aim for 10, according to Imperial College London. Eating up to 10 portions of fruit and veg a day can reduce the risk of many cancers, diabetes and heart disease. Sounds like a lot of eating.. good thing we are coming into Summer when all the beautiful vegetables and fruit will be in season, that has got to help and if you are stuck, do get in touch I might have a few tricks up my sleeve.
