Happy Halloween! This newsletter will provide a quick update on construction and contracting opportunities.

Contracting Opportunities

Over the past month, we posted five new contracting opportunities! These opportunities include work in handrails, awnings, landscaping, doors and windows, and metal frames. Up next: Building Electric, HVAC and Plumbing.

As soon as scopes are available, they are posted on our website. As we promised, these opportunities are also forwarded to the Tallahassee-Leon County Office of Economic Vitality, local chambers and other community partners for the members of these organizations.

Shifting Gears  

We are excited to announce that we have a foundation! The concrete was poured on the morning of October 14th for the corner or Oakland and South Monroe.

What's next? 

Our crews are working on framing South Monroe front landscaping islands and sidewalks. This is one of the most exciting part of our project since it will change the entire façade of this block.
