Items to Remember for Kindness Week:
1. Have fun completing your daily kindness challenges! Youll also notice that each MONDAY is a kindness activity to BE KIND TO YOURSELF. Being kind to yourself is just as important as being kind to others. Fill your own bucket at the start of the week so you can keep giving to others. :)
Use the blank calendar page or the weekly detail page to place your star stickers on days completed. Barbara cant wait to give every person that finishes EVERY challenge with a beautiful bracelet.
(From your Kindness Package, you will use the positive affirmations on July 13th, the clothespins on July 18th, and the rock and marker on July 19th.)

Once again, this week we will be choosing 2 people who share a picture/video/experience with us this week to receive a "Be Kind" hat! Winners for this week will be announced on our Instagram and emailed
Monday, July 20th.
3. At the end of the week, we invite you to fill in the "Reflection" square on your paper, reflecting on any thoughts/special moments you had this week. One question you might consider is "How do you define hope and have you felt HOPE increase in your life while serving others?"
