Real estate update:
Rates moved higher this week. They reached the level that they were at in November 2023. The Fed would prefer to hold the rates higher than drop too soon.

I had a client that had a leaky roof. I reached out to a roofing expert recommended by our builder, Eric Larson with EL Builders (whom I highly recommend for a general contractor!) recommended Cody Peterson with Peterson Brothers Roofing. He came out in a moments notice, assessed the situation and fixed it on a Sunday afternoon. He also was very reasonably priced!! Big shout out for to Cody for saving the day!!
