There’s No Place Like Home:

ArtSpan’s 2021 Juried Benefit Art Auction

Celebrate art where we live

April 17 - 24, 2021

Greetings, Friends, Collectors & Art Lovers! I hope this finds you well and making plans for future celebrations with your loved ones as we gradually make our cautious crossings to a Covid controlled life again.

Before, during, and (fate willing) after the pandemic I've been very fortunate to have two jobs that I am wholeheartedly dedicated to and reap gratifying reward from.  First is being a working artist in a culturally supportive city.  Second is my role as Artist Services Manager for the highly respected and committed nonprofit ArtSpan serving as an advocate liaison for my creative community.

ArtSpan knows how essential it is to be surrounded by beauty and creativity, and we work year-round to ensure the San Francisco Bay Area will always have a vibrant art scene. This year, ArtSpan brings its annual Juried Benefit Art Auction to you! Join us online for a spirited week of events celebrating artists, and find new treasures for your personal art collection.

Registration is FREE but you must register to gain access to ANY and ALL of the auction events.

A lively event led by ArtSpan Executive Director Joen Madonna and

Auctioneer Renee Richardson formerly of KFOG Radio.

*Assemblage artist Dianne Hoffman and best-selling artist and author Paul Madonna teamed up on Madonna’s 6th and most recent book, 'Come to Light', for an amazing collaboration. Based on one of the story’s characters, Hoffman created a body of sculptures, which Madonna then drew and wove into the book's narrative. Presented as a package item in the exciting  LIVE auction to be held on Saturday, April 24th 7:30-9pm, Dianne has donated her original sculpture of one of the primary pieces, titled ‘Misfitted’, and Paul his original drawing, along with a three volume box set edition of the book,
'Come to Light', signed by both artists.”
