Spring clean the body and mind in March 🐰🌟 We are in close reach of Spring now and seeing the buds starting to open and the daffodils rearing their heads, it's time to start removing our winter layers and preparing for sunnier, longer, brighter days.
I love taking control of my health and fitness and here's a few ideas and tips about how YOU can take control of yours!
It can feel hard sometimes and we all have set backs but, YOU HAVE GOT THIS!
1. Move More, Stress Less: Combat stress with physical activity – even small bursts throughout the day can make a big difference 2. Step into Spring: Increase your daily steps and explore the outdoors as the weather warms up - check out local walking routes around woodlands, parklands and roads 3. Healthy Swaps: Simple ingredient swaps can make favorite meals healthier, such as using whole grain pasta instead of white pasta or swapping out sugary snacks for fruit 4. Colourful March Diet: Add colour and variety to your plate with each meal 5. Prep Ahead: Prepare menus and food ahead of time allowing for snacks to keep you on track and eating the right foods.
Be consistent! It really does pay off!!
I try and plan my week's menu, write it out and stick it on the fridge for all to see. I try and eat a varied and healthy diet. I exercise as and when I can, working on my cardio, my strength and my flexibility💖. My aim is to be all round healthy and feeling good. |

| | Studio Pilates (and online) Squatting and hip stretches were our theme last term. Everyone did so well and if the DOMS (muscle soreness) set in 🤣, then you know you've worked hard! 💪 Massive well done to everyone.

Fit & Fabulous Bootcamp Mondays are guess the weather days!! We never know what weather we get but we love to workout come rain or shine and the giggles, laughter and WORKOUTS are infectious
