On May 17, a very successful Household Hazardous Waste Collection occurred. The GVTH5 Safety Committee sponsored this worthwhile project.
The total number of GVTH5 residents participating in household hazardous waste collection was eight. Everything from monitors, lithium batteries to fluorescent tube lights were collected and properly disposed of thanks to the efforts of Andrew Williams, Ken Humfleet, and Rich Stottlemire.
As a reminder the Safety Committee is still accepting paint cans that are filled with 3/4 or less with paint. The deadline is June 15th. Interested homeowners can contact Andrew at 520-777-6026 or gvth5committees@gmail.com or gvth5hoa@gmail.com address. |

Eight neighbors in the GVTH5 community are volunteering their time and energy in maintaining our newly improved Median. The Median Watering Crew is headed by Beverly Bobbitt and includes (from left to right) Ken Humfleet, Linda Lewis, Ronnie Hill, Kellee Thorpe, Beverly Bobbitt, Pat Black, Sharon Foster and Dawn Perry (not pictured).
