"There was nowhere to go but everywhere, so just keep rolling under the stars." -Jack Kerouac I love to travel. I love to collect adventures and memories; they truly fill my soul. The past six weekends, I've had the opportunity to explore. I hiked the gorgeous red rocks of Sedona and viewed the infinite beauty of the Grand Canyon. I raced through muddy swamps in Jacksonville and felt snowflakes kiss my face in Reno. I watched a sunset paint the skies over Morro Rock and ran a 21K through rows of vineyards in SLO. In LA, I sang and danced the night away at an Imagine Dragons concert and hiked to the iconic Hollywood sign the following day. I jogged uninterrupted miles along the foggy coast of Oregon and stood joyfully on a podium, celebrating a hard-earned silver medal in San Diego. Yet, in all of these travels, it's not the places but the people who made the experiences much more. It's the forever memories made while road-tripping with best friends. It's a note from a kind stranger on a plane wishing me luck at the USNS race upon seeing my Spartan sweatshirt. It's the nonstop laughter with girlfriends that can help mend hearts and heal souls. Through it all, I'm incredibly humbled and blessed to experience every moment. I wish each and every one of you a beautiful spring season, filled with memories that may be cherished for a lifetime. Happy April! XO Rebekah |

For the past two years, I have reached out to all of you asking for your nomination of an individual or family that could use a little extra love during Easter weekend. Both years we have received an overwhelming response with various nominations. Nominations have included those who were struggling, families with recently lost loved ones, brave individuals fighting cancer, and nominations for friends who diligently serve their families, friends, and communities. We want to continue this tradition. If you know of someone (or someones) who could use a little extra love, please submit your nomination using the form below. Your nomination will remain anonymous. We will select a few nominations sent in and deliver a cookie decorating kit to their doorstep on Easter morning. Thank you for your love, support, and kindness. | | |

April In-Person Kid's Cookie Classes |

I'm very hoppy to be offering two kid's classes in April; it will be very egg-citing. Honestly, y'all, I really can't help myself with the puns. You gotta know this by now! Haha! This spring set is super cute, and your kids will learn to pipe, flood, and use cookie decorating techniques, plus sprinkles to complete this set. Each student will walk away with three decorated cookies. Last year, I offered this as a virtual class, and I can't wait to teach it in person. Class Dates: Saturday, April 23 at 10:00am Saturday, April 23 at 1:00pm |

This past March, I had the opportunity to teach six elective classes on creating textures using bubble wrap, parchment paper, and Intricate Edibles, a technique where patterns are printed on wafer paper, adding unique designs to cookie sets. It was a fun day filled with new cookie friends, lots of decorating, and many laughs. Thank you to those who were able to join my class. It was an honor to have you there. Also, I want to add a HUGE thank you to my sponsors BRP Boxshop, Busy Bakers Supplies, Intricate Edibles, and Twin Mama Goods for supporting my classes, providing supplies, and providing shop discounts to my students. I truly appreciate it! |
