1. Beans - they are a fantastic source of fiber, plant-based protein, B-vitamins, iron, folate, calcium, potassium, phosphorous, and zinc! 

2. Avocados - full of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, fiber, potassium, vitamin K, folate, and antioxidants.

3. Tomatoes - a major source of lycopene which is an antioxidant that is linked to reducing the risk of heart disease and cancer. Tomatoes are also great sources of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K.

4. Cilantro - this flavorful herb helps to lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, support a healthy cardiovascular function, rid the body of heavy metals, and is high in vitamin A, vitamin K, folate, and potassium!
