discover tools to let it flow + let shit go

In Step 5: let it flow + let shit go, you will start to experience life changes that come with the hard work, slight shifts, and internal exploration you have invested into with steps 1-4.  After laying down a solid foundation to continue to heal and grow from, you are ready to take action.

In order to make room for change and healthier habits in your life, you must start to loosen your grip on old, limiting, stale belief systems that have kept you on autopilot for all these years. Though it’s terrifying to face the unknown, you are ready to do something different for the first time in a long time and to move forward despite the long list of “what-ifs.” This is the step where you start to trust in yourself and your own capabilities, instead of relying on others' definition of happiness and the rigid definitions you’ve put in place to maintain your perception of control.

Step 5 is when your shift in perspective leads to making different decisions–the catalyst to experiencing real, sustainable change in your life. Below is a list of our tools that have helped support our step 5 so we can truly start to let shit go and live a life with ease and more flow.

therapy helped me let shit go

It was ingrained in me from a young age that going to therapy was a sign of weakness. That sharing your vulnerabilities with a complete stranger only opens you up to be taken advantage of and placed at the mercy of someone else’s harsh judgment towards decisions you’ve made out of necessity.
