FEBRUARY NEWSLETTER 2020 

At the recent AGM the following were voted onto the 2020 Te Puke Repertory Society committee.

We would like to thank past committee members for their valued contribution and continued support in other area of the theatre.  

A special thanks to Norma Carney for her dedication to our theatre both on an off the stage for the last 15 years.  She was a dedicated committee member, a talented and enthusiastic actress and someone who was always ready to lend a hand and share a laugh.  Norma is heading to Australia and we wish her all the best.  She will be missed.

GONE TO SEED

We are very excited to announce that Pam will be directing the NZ play Gone to Seed. 

Auditions will be 19 April

and the season will be mid July.  

A bittersweet comedy. A gardening club, struggling for members, is suspected of dealing drugs by the local church Minister. The group have their meetings in the church hall and the Minister is determined to be rid of them, so he contacts the police. However an inept detective is sent to investigate and after a series of unfortunate incidents the Minister ends up losing face while the gardening club grows in popularity.
