Registration Deadlines

Singers, conductors, musicians, and performers can register until 28/02/2023.
 

Non-performing accompanists can register from 01/03/2023 to 15/05/2023.
 

Registration is mandatory for all members, including the choir conductor, musicians, and performers.
 

We ask Choir Leaders to verify their registration and check the list of delegates to ensure that everyone is registered. This is very important: those who are not on the performer delegate list will not be able to access performances. For any issues, please contact registration@various-voices.it

Changes and Cancellations

It is not possible to change the name of registrations that have already been made. If a person can no longer participate, they must write to registration@various-voices.it to request a cancellation and receive a partial refund of the registration fee.

Information and Materials

Please check on the platform if the "Media & Comms" section is filled out. Remember to save any changes made by clicking the save button at the bottom. In the "Pictures" section, please upload at least one picture that we’ll use to present the choirs.

In addition, the "Performances" section is now enabled: here you can enter the set list of songs that you will perform in the theater. To do so, click on the icon with the three dots on the right.

Rehearsal Rooms
 

Starting from 01/03/2023, the "Products" section on the platform will be enabled: here you can buy an extra rehearsal room slot for 1, 2, or 3 hours. After purchasing, you will be assigned the day and time to use the room based on the performance schedule.

Internal Informations

We have activated a Telegram channel accessible only with an invitation link. From now on, we will use it for important communications intended only for participants.
