Yang Energy - The Passion inside

Playback Theatre Holland is the Facebook page that is alive now to build up a community of such form of art. Personally Playback gives me the opportunity to share my mood, struggle and joy. I feel that I become a part of the performance, and my inner world is touched by the representation of my story. The players improvise the enactment of what they have just heard in a very touching way, giving back new nuances of what I shared.
 
My whole self experiences a new way of perceiving my story.  
 
I did half year course in Italy of Playback and now my dream is to build up a group in Amsterdam where we could play and bring to the people the same opportunity of sharing. Thanks to Wendela Kloosterman who is dedicating her time to help and spread to the others this form of theatre with the group Wij Spelen jouw Verhaal, we are organizing a 4 days course to get to know Playback and who is interested to continue the journey we will meet once a month to rehearse.

Group Building

Last week I had the pleasure to offer a training session to the organization of Empower Amsterdam. It was a pleasure to work with the group, sharing and knowing each other, buidling connection through exercises of Experiential Learning approach.
I am very grateful to the organization Diversity Joy who taught me so much last year.

What does resonate in yourself if you read: "They are changes only if they scared you"?
 
This is a sentence of a song of Subsonica, "Di domenica". Somehow it has always an impact on me but I do not want to share my thoughts but rather giving you the chance to "taste" how it makes you feel. 
After that just listen to the song and notice how the perception could be different as there is also the experience of listening the music, which can evoke other feelings/emotions.
