The 1st Rosebud Farmers Market season is half way through. There are 3 markets left! Saturday, August 13 Saturday, September 10 Saturday, October 8 We have had a lot of wonderful local vendors participating. They have brought everything from homemade jams, locally made cheeses, fresh Jersey milk, seasonings, baked goods, and even sour dough starter. Plus so much more! We are continually looking for vendors and the rest of the season there is no fee!! Details and application are on our website. Remember to shop local if you can! With summer parties upon us, we are providing you with a recipe to make a simple and delicious pasta salad! You can find the full recipe here and will need to make sure you have the following ingredients on hand: CARNITAS RECIPE - 1 package (16 oz.) penne, rotini, or bowtie pasta
- 5 cups assorted vegetables (e.g., broccoli florets, sliced carrots, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
