To illustrate this, we thought we’d share our financial information, a kind of annual report. In 2017, we received a total of $131,506 in contributions. The Pie Chart below shows you how this money was spent.

Here is the breakdown of the pie chart of our expenses:

• TINA’S SCHOOL = $69,480

Teacher and staff salaries and benefits = $52,800

Registration, inspection, administration and exam fees = $7,266

School lunch program = $3,600

Building construction and maintenance = $5814

• REACH SHIRATI SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM = $20,000

• SHIRATI FACILITIES & TRANSPORTATION = $14,559

• HOSPITAL FOOD PROJECT = $12,062

• GEOLOGICAL SURVEY AND WELL = $11,000

For less than $90,000 annually, REACH Shirati is able to provide a quality education, in English, to over 600 children!
