Booking Changes

We hope you are well.

Following our last club policy change that was introduced in September 2021, we have now implicated new changes on our booking system, which will come into play from this coming 5th January 2022.  

BOOKING CHANGES 

Our online booking system will be removed from the website, as this did not prove successful. Instead, all bookings will be managed by us, the club, for an easier booking experience. This allows our coaches to plan each session more efficiently which therefore ensures a better progression for all our students. From the 5th January 2022, we will ONLY have two payment options: 1) Members (pre-booked/ pre-paid) and 2) Walk-in.

1) Members Booking

All members will be asked to choose a group and day/days that they would like to attend weekly. Once you have selected your weekly classes, you will be invoiced every month for the total amount of classes that will be held. Rescheduling and changing your day/ group will be possible if need be (see cancellation policy below for further details). 

This booking process will ensure you have a reserved space in the class and are notified with any latest club news/updates.

With the Hansu membership the price per class will stay at £7. However, if you book over 10 classes monthly (per participant) our Regular Member discount of 10% will be automatically added to your invoice.

2) Walk-in

Walk-in's will still be accepted, however, as you do not have Membership priority a space in the class is not guaranteed if the class is fully booked. With this being the case, it is advised you contact the club before coming to the club. Our Walk-in cost will stay at £7 until 30th January 2022, but as of Monday 31st January 2022, the cost will be increased to £10 per participant.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cancellations and Rescheduling

Like before, if the club has to cancel a class, the cost of the cancelled session will be deducted from your next month's membership invoice.


If you fail to turn up to your booked session, please note you will not be refunded.

You are no longer able to cancel a class, however, if you'd like to reschedule a class, providing availability, you can do so within the calendar month, at no additional cost. We offer 16+ classes per group, per month! 

If you'd like to cancel or amend your membership, you must let us know by 23rd of each month to avoid being re-invoiced.

Please reply to this email or get in contact with us ASAP stating the group and day/s that you'd like to attend weekly. (e.g: Group A on Monday and Wednesday)

Once we have heard from you, we will contact you to make sure we have all your updated information to complete your club's profile!
