What's New this week?

Lunch and Brunch

A special offer from the Red Pineapple in Colpetty, who are offering a lunch of Thai street food, two main dishes and rice for under LKR500, until the end of this month.

As part of their 12th birthday celebrations, Park Street Mews Restaurant now offer a three course meal: LKR3000 for 2 people, LKR5500 for 4, or LKR11,000 for 8. Yes, that's as low as LKR1375 per person, for a 3 course meal.

Now that the ME Colombo is dedicated to tourists, the only Saturday brunch that we know of is at Elevate, which does have a stunning 29th floor view. On Sunday, though, there is a wide choice from most of the international hotels. And of course there's also the famous Jazz Brunch at Barefoot Garden Cafe and the Family Brunch at Sugar Beach.
