Lord's Supper Class Returns This Summer! |
Families with children of all ages, please plan to attend our Lord's Supper Classes this summer and be equipped right alongside your child(ren) on how to teach the Six Chief Parts of our faith as we partner together in guiding our children to receive the Lord's Supper. This new-to-us practice goes back to the early church, creating a relationship early on between the Pastor and each parishioner, no matter the age, and allows for proper catechesis in preparation for their first communion. These classes are simply to aid the families in learning how to talk about our faith and how to pass it along to our children. Please consider joining us as we pursue stronger families of faith. Classes will take place in or near the sanctuary following the 9 am church services on Sundays, June 2, 16, 23, 30 and July 7 and 21. Can't make all of them? Come when you can, we look forward to seeing you there! Children's Catechism are available to all families, ask Pastor if you have not received yours! |

If you are interested please send an email to stjohnfredoniameals@gmail.com and include your name, phone number, and email. Signing up means that you will receive an email (or a call) when meal train help is needed.
