Established in 2012 after the passing of Measure U this committee was established to review the City's annual independent audit report, prepare and submit to council a report recording the amount of Measure U revenue generated, allocation or revenue funded by proceeds of the measure and results of committee's review of the annual audit report. For each fiscal year in which Measure U half-cent transactions and use tax is collected, the committee shall meet, and is scheduled to sunset on June 30, 2020.
