Happy New Year, Belonging Books' community! I had every intention to hide away in January while I focused on planning Belonging Books' first full year. Good try, Erica! But the month is not over. I will regroup, revisit my goals and strategies, and most importantly, make sure that I hold close to my mission of centering the voices and stories of people of color and holding space for this community to gather in joy, celebration, safety and belonging. The Cordial Eye, in collaboration with Amplify POC, Belonging Books, EforAll Cape Cod, and Love Live Local, is pleased to announce Creative Futures Cape Cod (CFCC). CFCC is a 12-week paid fellowship for adults in Hyannis and the surrounding communities, between the ages of 18-40, who desire a career in the creative economy. Applications close February 1.
