As we start off the new year, we wish to thank you for Tessa's beautiful Celebration of Life and the countless personal notes we've received. While more than 500 were able to attend the event with standing room only, we’ve also received countless cards, letters, gifts, condolences, and well wishes. Nothing will bring Tessa back, but by way of our personal faith, we have her squarely in Heaven running through lush fields with strong legs, powerful lungs, a joyful heart, and Taylor Swift playing through invisible speakers. She is whole. Now, we must do our best to not only be whole, but also be our best selves.
As you embark on your goals for this new year, we would encourage you to remember Tessa and the magic of her love. After she accepted the fact that her time had come, she immediately requested paper and pen to “thank the people that had sent her cards and gifts.” That was her loving and kind soul that touched us all. If her example of truly listening, caring, and loving can be duplicated, she will continue to validate that we can do something special for a world in need of care -- life’s most precious gift.
Make this journey your own. Build your own legacy and live a life worth living.
May God bless you. And always know that you have another place to call home at the Wiseman’s in Tampa, Florida.
Stay tuned for the annual events and various foundations being formed on Tessa’s behalf.
Much love,
Robin & Todd Wiseman
