It was a great week and we loved having you back through our doors.
 
Just one more week to go, then the Pilates Studio will also be open - as of 23rd January 2023

We are starting to get more signs up...

This was the studio in the middle of the week 

but now the studio looks like this... 

We have a bit more cleaning to do
 
Plus, add the internal studio sliding door 
(this will be the 3rd one we have ordered - they keep sending us the wrong one - a new one is coming Wednesday/Thursday, so fingers crossed)
 
We hope as of Thursday to start taking all the equipment out of storage
 
Then we can start to set up the studio

This is an adventure storybook for children.
 
Think of it a bit like an information leaflet telling children all about Pilates but in a fun and imaginative way.
 
Some of the key things we all think about when doing Pilates  - in this book are they are called Pilatecise superpowers to help engage a younger audience.
 
It is then hoped that the children will want to act out the story using the Pilatecise superpowers or, even better, attend a children's physical class and put some of their new knowledge into practice.

Our toilet is pretty much ready for use now - which is a relief all round!
 
The staff kitchen is still work in progress but we are really getting there now - the whole building is nearly ready.
 
Soon we will announce a ground opening - we just need to work on a few more finishing touches first.
