It's Friday, and keep going.

Hey there!

#CHRISTMASISCOMING
Hello Hello! Can you believe October is over? From November, I have the feeling people are either talking about Black Friday deals or Christmas shopping. Do you also feel this way? Raise your hand 🙋🏻‍♀️ (I can see you). The fear of corona is also back as the second wave arrives. All I know is 2020 favorite word is;

Open letter:  How can we feel joy without feeling scared/anxious first?

To be an entrepreneur is only fancy if you are already on top. Most of the time when I say to someone (when I am causally talking, not on meetings) that I am building my own company, many rolls their eyes thinking what I actually am is unemployed with a hobby. At least this year when everyone was forced to work from home, people are more sympathetic understanding you can actually work from anywhere, beyond the office.

The common questions I receive referring to entrepreneurship is:

  • Where do you start building something?
  • How did you build your idea?
  • How do you know if this is the way?
  • Do you work every day?
  • Do you ever think about getting a "real" job?

And before answering them, remember you can only survive if you practice: RESILIENCE! For the first two questions, google and youtube can help you with it, there are millions of videos, tutorials, books, everything on how to take an idea out of paper and execute. You need to be courageous enough to believe in it because someone will come and ask you the third question. You learn by doing that's how you know the way. And the last two, I confess that my heart gets broken every time I hear it, yet you need to trust yourself and remember that most people don't think before speaking.

Being resilient doesn't mean that a person won't experience difficulty or distress, but the contrary, it means that you are aware of all the emotional avalanche that comes with life challenges. To be resilient is to stay on the path you are on even in the face of discouragement. I call it a practice owing to the fact you can't change your mind overnight. By practicing the belief in yourself, you can maintain control of a situation and think of new ways to tackle problems.

From Monday to Wednesday, everything I did felt bad. My emotions were deep and needed to be free in order for me to get back with the good work, what did I do? I cried and talked about it. I let it go. Thursday I felt like a new person. The more you are aware of your body and mind, the more you know exactly what you need to overcome daily struggles or substantial problems.

Keep in mind that there is only one logical direction in which to go: forward.

How can we feel joy without feeling scared/anxious first? It's normal, the feelings are related, the happy results will only come along the way. Every experience for more painful and awful it can be, we always come out of it with a new learning, either about us or others. You live through certain things before you understand them. Nothing is wasted.

If we really believe that the world needs to be in balance, after something bad happens, there will always be something good coming for us to show how amazing we are. Cheer up! You can. you go. you will.
