You will soon receive your CGRA ballot in the mail, if you haven't already. We encourage you to review the candidates' qualifications to make an informed decision. To learn more about each candidate, please visit our website at https://www.cgrarodeo.com/2023-candidates.

Remember, all ballots are due by September 21, 2023, at 4:00 PM MT. It is your responsibility to ensure proper and prompt delivery of your ballot. Be sure to review the CGRA bylaws if you have any questions. Here are a few important requirements everyone needs to follow:

In order for a mail-in ballot to be valid the following criteria must be met:

1. members must seal the envelope with the ballot enclosed

2. print their name on the backside of the envelope, and

3. sign their name across the seal of the envelope
