We are excited to be moving into our new chocolate kitchen. Dan has been designing this kitchen for 2 years. It is the culmination of a lot of hard work; also, really fun to design our perfect space! See below for a few pictures of this project.
During the move we have had to pause our chocolate-making, and we are running low on some flavors, especially the macadamia nut/sea salt. If we can't fill your order we will ask if it is okay to substitute (and if so with what flavor) or wait for the new batch; we plan to be making chocolate again in just a week.

Laying the epoxy floor was shall we say a big DIY project, even by Dan-standards. I can't even begin to tell you the work he did to design and install the plumbing under the cement floor, and then getting the 2-stage epoxy on! The screen is to keep the cats off the new floor!
