"Aaya" The official data on domestic workers in India shows the involvement of at least 4.3 million workers in the sector, a number which according to the latest ILO report is a severe underrepresentation. These workers are mostly illiterate, unorganized, over exploited and underpaid which makes them extremely vulnerable.
