Dear Community,
 
21ten has been full of life this July! We have been thoroughly enjoying hosting our first annual Summer Residency Productions, which have brought lots of new and exciting art and people into our space. Performances continue through July 28th! 
 
We have also been hard at work getting our upcoming productions and events organized and we now have lots to announce!

52 Pick-Up

A Reshuffled Love Story with Annie Trevisan & Victoria Spelman 
 
We are bringing back our BareBones Production of 52 Pick-Up with a twist! 
Actors Annie and Victoria are crafting a queer story this time around. 
 
One Weekend Only!
August 1st - 4th
Thurs-Sat at 7:30pm, Sunday at 2pm
 
About the Play:
A deck of cards is tossed into the air, each one inscribed with the title of a scene. Wherever they land determines how the story unfolds. 
 
52 Pick-Up tells the messy, passionate story of a relationship—all shuffled up in a randomized order. A rollercoaster romance that changes with every performance, it is a unique theatrical experience you don’t want to miss.

About the Play:
In a world grappling with climate change, global tensions, and pervasive hopelessness, artist Con dares to envision how new forms of art can instigate change. Set against the backdrop of a tumultuous family estate, emotions flare, secrets surface, and loneliness seeps in. 
 
 Loosely adapted from Anton Chekhov's 
The Seagull.
 
Our Story:
Ted went to see the first iteration of this self-produced show last March in the Sunnyside Community Center Church Basement and absolutely loved it. He believed it deserved a longer run, so we decided to collaborate with these wonderful & creative artists to bring this story to our audiences. We hope you'll join us an enjoy another Chekhov tale after May's well-loved production of Uncle Vanya!
